lindsey Lindsey Agness

Lindsey Agness is the founder and managing director of The Change Corporation. Lindsey is one of the UK’s top specialists in staff engagement, performance improvement, behavioural change and motivation. She trains and coaches using NLP on an international basis and she is an award winning author. Prior, to setting up her own company in Canterbury, Kent, Lindsey worked for 11 years as a change management consultant, corporate trainer and coach for PricewaterhouseCoopers. It was at this time that Lindsey attended her first NLP course and discovered that life would never be the same again! She has been able to use her skills to build capability and capacity to change in large private and public organisations throughout the UK, Europe and the US. Individuals are inspired by her to transform their performance and change their lives. She will do whatever it takes to work with you to get the result you want.

Lindsey realised her own dream when she founded The Change Corporation to assist individuals and organisations to achieve their true potential. This may be by themselves through achieving their own dreams or at the helm of a large organisation. She has personally experienced what it is like to move through fear and doubt to achieve her dreams.

Lindsey has a Master Degree in Policy Studies from Bristol University.  She is also is a certified trainer of NLP through the American Board of NLP. She trained with Tad James in the US and David Shephard in the UK. She is now studying to become one of a small global group of Master Trainers of NLP, the highest qualification in the field. In addition, she is a qualified Master Trainer of Time Line Therapy™, certified by the TLT™ Association and Trainer of Hynotherapy, certified through the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Her first book ‘Change Your Life with NLP’ is published by Pearson and has sold over 30,000 copies. Her second book ‘Still 25 Inside’ was published in May 2010 and her third book ‘Change Your Business with NLP’ was published in October 2010.

ian Ian Bennett

Ian has over 30 years experience of working in the public sector, as a civil servant, an auditor and as a consultant, covering central and local government, defence, and non-departmental public bodies.  Ian has extensive experience of change programmes and value for money projects, seeing these through from analysis to implementation.

In 2003, Ian was a founder member and director of Tribal Government Consulting, helping to build a £10m+ turnover business based on “consulting with a conscience” before TGC was consolidated into Tribal Group in 2010.  Alongside developing and managing the business, Ian worked in a variety of client projects including efficiency reviews and systems implementation.  Recent work has mainly been on financial training and business case preparation on large projects and programmes in central government.

Ian and Lindsey had previously worked together at PricewaterhouseCoopers and, in 2011, having become an independent consultant, Ian linked up with Lindsey to help develop and deliver management training and to help strengthen The Change Corporation’s approach to organisational change management.

Karen has over 15 years of experience at senior management level in the public sector, and has a wide breadth of management experience totalling over 30 years.

janiceJanice Lucas

Janice Lucas is an independent management consultant specialising in bringing about change in the public sector. She works regularly as an associate trainer and consultant with The Change Corporation to design and implement processes and systems to facilitate and enable change, such as business planning and performance management, or radically improving customers’ experience of contact and access to social services by setting up a one point of access, information service. She has always instinctively looked for ways to make a difference in practice.

Prior to setting up her own company, Janice had over 14 years experience as a senior manager in social services covering a diverse range of strategic, operational support and frontline services. She gained in-depth experience of commissioning, organisational development, change management and practical project delivery in complex organisational environments. Janice had always been an innovative self-starter who thrives on solving challenging problems and getting things done and following her introduction to the life changing world of NLP through Lindsey Agness she was inspired to leave local government and bring her range of skills and experience to work with people to identify and focus on what’s important and then to do whatever it takes to achieve the results and outcomes they need.

Just as Janice “replanted” herself by changing her focus and setting new goals in her work, her passion is to help “rejuvenate” worn out managers so that they can rediscover their sense of purpose in their working life and use their skills and resources to really make a difference to the communities they work for. Janice’s desired outcome is that people experience her as someone who understands the pressures and complexities of delivering change in large, often stagnant bureaucracies, who is flexible, fun and brings a fresh perspective, ideas, energy and a positive challenge to their work. Janice is a qualified coach, certified Master Practitioner of NLP and holds an MA in Management Development.
