Lindsey Agness

Lindsey Agness is the founder and managing director of The Change Corporation. Lindsey is one of the UK’s top public sector change specialists, specialising in staff engagement, performance improvement, behavioural change and motivation. She trains and coaches using NLP in business on an international basis and she is an award winning author. Prior, to setting up her own company in Kent, Lindsey worked for 11 years as a change management consultant, corporate trainer and coach for PricewaterhouseCoopers. It was at this time that Lindsey attended her first NLP course and discovered that life would never be the same again! She has been able to use her skills to build capability and capacity to change in large private and public organisations throughout the UK, Europe and the US. Individuals are inspired by her to transform their performance and change their lives. She will do whatever it takes to work with you to get the result you want.

Lindsey has a Masters Degree in Policy Studies from Bristol University.  She is also the first female Master Trainer of NLP in the UK accredited through the American Board of NLP.

She is an author of 4 best-selling books on organisational change management and personal change.

Abby Oates 

Abby 1Abby is a highly skilled and experienced coach, facilitator and learning and development practitioner, with a passion for empowering and coaching individuals, teams and organisations to be the best they can be.

Abby is a specialist in facilitating engagement, training and team building events, and enabling organisations to develop their strategic vision, live their values and deliver successful change. Abby uses coaching and brain based learning techniques, working collaboratively and creatively with her clients to develop and tailor an approach which works for them.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Abby spent 14 years in the NHS, working in a range of specialist HR and training roles. As the Head of Learning & Development, she led the facilitation of organisation-wide engagement events, facilitated the development of a set of organisational behaviours to underpin the organisational values, introduced a brain based learning approach to organisational training programmes, and designed and implemented a suite of interactive management and leadership development sessions.

Abby has an MSc in Human Resources Management and Business Administration.

In her spare time, Abby is also an active family historian, and a volunteer mentor for women and young people through the Aspire and CIPD Steps Ahead mentoring programmes.

Tonje Elisabeth Aaroe

TonjeEATonje Elisabeth Aaroe leads our partner company in Scandinavia and is based in Oslo, Norway. She is an expert in the field of digital transformation in the private sector, having worked 15 years as a sales and marketing executive for companies like Microsoft and most recently Google with clients from all types of industries. Tonje Elisabeth has a vast practical experience in change leadership and business transformation through her work in the above mentioned companies as well as having lived and worked in different countries and cultures for several years; for Orbitz Worldwide in Paris, France and Elizabeth Arden in Geneva, Switzerland. Tonje Elisabeth believes that organizational health and performance are equally important for your company to remain successful, meaning effective and innovative organizations are focused both on their people and the results. Tonje Elisabeth is passionate about helping the people in your organization in the areas of attaining purpose and drive, excelling in a changing environment, motivation and improving results. Your success is her passion and her motto is inspire, empower, transform.
Tonje Elisabeth has a Masters of Marketing Management from BI, Oslo, is a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and is also a graduate of Mastery University by Tony Robbins.

Tessa Castle

Tessa has over 20 years, international organisation and people development experience gained in a variety of blue-chip organisations. She has extensive experienced in change programmes, leadership development, talent management, coaching and projects that increase the capability of people and quality of the talent pipeline for clients.

Tessa met Lindsey when they both worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. As Lindsey moved on to found the Change Corporation, Tessa moved on to take senior leadership roles with BSkyB and Coca-Cola.  Whilst in these roles she developed business focussed learning and development curricula and programmes, implemented a Talent Management process including a High Potential Leadership programme, a programme for Customer Service and Sales based leaders and managers, led the organisational development programmes for a major organisation change, developed an innovation programme and approach that led to the establishment of a permanent ‘New Ventures’ business unit.

Tessa is passionate about enabling people to achieve their potential and deliver sustainable business results.

Tessa and Lindsey linked up again professionally in 2012 and Tessa is now working with Lindsey to develop and deliver solutions for both existing and new clients.

Tessa has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and she is a Fellow of the CIPD. Outside her professional life Tessa is a mentor with the Princes Trust and a Director at a local senior school.

Michael Giddings

Michael GiddingsMichael started his career in banking.  He trained as a Credit Analyst with a large American bank, part of the JP Morgan Chase group and then spent four years working as an analyst before becoming a senior relationship officer dealing with larger UK based multinationals and their overseas subsidiaries.

He gained much valuable experience in the European market when working for Credit Agricole Indo Suez, building relationships for the bank with French companies seeking to expand into the UK and working with UK based companies in Europe.

Following his banking career Michael joined the management consultancy division of PwC, working with a wide ranging list of clients in the public and private sectors.  He advised on and helped set up major transformation programmes for banks and insurance companies, as well as other public and private sector organisations, specialising in training and skills improvement to ensure that major change was embedded into client organisations.  He also spent time on secondment in a special unit of the firm acting as a sales coach to partners and senior staff under a programme sponsored by PwC’s main board.

Michael has now worked in the international training and change management consultancy market for approximately 15 years and hasbeen responsible for the design and delivery of management development and financial skills training around the world.  He has also presented seminars on privatisation techniques and retail banking as well as coaching and management and interpersonal skills.

Susie Lotherington

Susie Lotherington is an independent change consultant who has spent the last 30 years persuading, inspiring and energising teams to embrace change. Her extensive hands on experience of improving the business processes behind system implementations through employee involvement; reshaping management and organisational structures to help businesses transform; and working with people and cultural change programmes means that she appreciates the enormous energy and effort required to deliver the required outcomes businesses need to survive.

Her background spans private and public sector from Professional Services, Paper Manufacturing and Sales, Housing, Accounting Services and local government.

Susie is passionate about life and is often heard saying “I love my life”; her family motto is “we do”. It is this sense of fun, urgency and commitment that drives the projects she manages through the process and emotional turmoil that accompanies all types of change. Whilst she is Prince2 qualified, experience tells her to keep the project methodology as light as possible!

On a personal note Susie particularly enjoys the coaching and mentoring element of leading a team or indeed individuals. She is currently studying for a degree in Psychology with the Open University and is a certified practitioner of NLP.
