Lindsey Agness

CEO

Lindsey is one of the UK’s leading change specialists, specialising in staff engagement, performance improvement, behavioural change and motivation. Her career includes 11 years as a change management consultant, corporate trainer and coach for PwC.

She has used her skills to build capability and capacity for change in large private and public organisations throughout the UK, Europe and the US. Her flexible, collaborative approach delivers proven, measurable results

Lindsey has a Masters Degree in Policy Studies from Bristol University and is the first woman Master Trainer of NLP in the UK accredited through the American Board of NLP.

She is an author of four best-selling books on organisational change management and personal change.

Lindsey is also regularly invited as a keynote speaker through A-Speakers to speak about professional and personal change

Karly Olsen-Haveland

Chair

Karly has nearly 30 years experience in developing organisations and people in the public and private sectors; gained in the UK, US, Europe and Africa. Karly has held senior roles in Google, BT, PwC and ING. She is focused on supporting people to do their best work and deliver on their organisations’ purpose.

Karly holds an MA in Strategic HR and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Dr Michael Reilly

Director

Michael Reilly has held senior Director level roles in Product Development, Business Development and Strategy with BT plc, Orange, France Telecom, Sitekit Health and Ieso Digital Health.

In 2005 he became Director of Healthcare with Orange and since then has worked on healthcare digital transformation through the deployment of innovative digital technology – that delivers evidence based improvements for patients and clinicians. He was awarded his PhD in 2000 which explored the relationship between actual management behaviour and espoused organisational values communicated by senior leaders in a division of BT plc. He is also trainned in Gestalt therapy. Gestalt therapy is a client-centered approach to psychotherapy that helps clients focus on the present and understand what is really happening in their lives right now, rather than what they may perceive to be happening based on past experience.

Commercially, Michael has devised and delivered digital services into the NHS whilst Director of Healthcare at Orange, Sitekit Health and Ieso Digital Health.

 

Tonje Elizabeth Aarøe

Associate Director

Tonje is based in Oslo and is our lead in Scandinavia. She is an ex-Googler with deep knowledge of how organisations can create a leading digital culture & consult on the consequences of the digital paradigm shift.

She spent 15 years in sales and marketing for companies including Microsoft and most recently Google, working with clients across many sectors. Her deep hands-on skills in change leadership and business transformation have been built and honed at Orbitz Worldwide in Paris and Elizabeth Arden in Geneva.

Tonje Elisabeth help organisations engage their teams and people successfully and in that help reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve quality and profitability through creating an engaging work culture. She has developed Empulse together with Professor Sut I Wong at BI, a staff engagement survey that helps organisations take the pulse on how much their employees thrive.

She is a keynote speaker on staff engagement and culture change and published author.
